Do you see your business as paperless? And what does that even mean anyway?

You might be wondering whether you could class your business as paperless.

It’s fairly open to interpretation, but this is how I’d define it:

✅ If your own systems and processes are set up without paper, then you’re paperless.

✅ If a contact sends you an invoice on a bit of paper, or a form that they insist on being printed off, signed physically and posted back to them – if you scan those items in for your records, then you’re paperless.

In other words, the way your clients or suppliers deal with THEIR admin doesn’t define how paperless YOU are!
